Valentine’s day special: Simple Romantic 5 minutes look (For asian’s eyes)

Hi all, this is Make Me Shine’s first entry.

Today I’m gonna show you what products I used and briefly talk about how I achieved this look. (pictures only, sorry about that!) no brushes needed or fake lashes. using only fingers. Its really easy(everyone can do it), natural and suitable for everyday look! to work or to school – its QUICK!

here’s the look for today:

First you need,

1. A eyeshadow base – to prevent smudging and it helps to increase the intensity of  your eyeshadow colors. Here I recommended the Urban Decay primer potion @ SGD 32 OR MAC eyeshadow base: painterly @ SGD 33. – A primer is very important for anyone who applies eyeshadow or eyeliner! Its a MUST have that is why I stated the prices of the primer/base. hehe

2. 3 Eyeshadow color – (1)Any light brown color and apply all over your eyelids. Some people likes to apply all the way up to the crease area but today I’m gonna apply only at the area where its slightly visible when you open up your eyes. (2) darker color of brown. I’m using limited edition urban decay skull and bone palette: twice baked (you can find it the individual color  in any Sephora store) and  (3) :chopper for the finishing color which you apply the last.

3. Eyeliner – In this look, I’m using MAC powerpoint: Duck. Apply close to your lash line.

4.  Any neutral color: to apply the rest of your eye area : Choose a color that is close to your skin tone, here I’m using MAC mineralized skin finish natural medium plus

5. Lashes base – I’m using MAC Prep & Prime: Lash

6. Mascara – trying out Maybeline: the Falsies volume express. The advertisement is so exaggerating saying that the effect is like using false lashes. So I decided to give it a try. After using it, conclusion is, I will not recommend this.

7. Lastly, Brows pencil : Here I’m using Kate: Lasting Eyebrow Waterproof.
